1971 Pontiac Le Mans

Description Introduced in 1970, the Le Mans Sport was Pontiacs upscale intermediate. Aside from the GTO, it was also the only trim level to offer a convertible. With all the interior fixings one would expect, as well as a standard independent front/coil-sprung rear suspension, A Pontiac 350-cu.in. V-8. Power With the four-barrel Carburetor. Yet the Le Mans Sport was unique in that it could have been optioned to look like a GTO. There were Only 3,865 Le Mans Sport convertibles assembled by Pontiac in 1970 and 1971. The power top works as it should with power steering and front power disc brakes tilt wheel and upgraded sound system make this car a blast to drive. A restoration was done about 10 years ago as you can see from the photos this 71 carries the 1970 front grill and headlight assembly. The restorer did not want to go with the euro front bumper and wanted the chrome one installed. This car has no rust as it has been a Texas car most of its life. This starts right up and runs super.
