Hello, owner financing!

I am selling my 2021 Keystone Springdale Mini 1800BH for $13,500. It is in excellent condition. I can do owner financing with a $5,000 down payment.

Front Queen Bedroom, dinning area, bunk beds, a shower, toilet with restroom sink, a stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and a kitchen sink. I still have 5 months left of Route 66 warranty, so if you find any discrepancies with the appliances before purchase, I am able to take it to the dealership for a full repair at $66. I have no issues or discrepancies with the Camper. I am just needing to sell it due to expenses.
