NON-smoker and no pets. Awesome 5th wheel, I’m the second owner (2019) and it has been to both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and over Wolf Creek Pass, about 30K miles total, it worked well for our family, but the kids are in college and we don't need the space anymore and it’s time for me to move on to my next project. The external kitchen (bumper propane grill) and rear bunkbeds are great features. Six sided aluminum framing and a factory 3K 2in hitch on rear frame. The RV weighs about 10.5K (1920 Pin) with a full load of freshwater (58 gal) and propane (14 gal) and all our stuff, the tanks are 40 Grey/40 Black with San-i-flush. GVWR is 11642. Original weight was around 7808 and I have all the original and added equipment user manuals. A complete Victron SOLAR Power system (you need to provide internet for remote access control and monitoring) and 4 Enjoybot 100A 12V Lithium batteries have been added, which includes 3 Kyocera KU340-8BCA Multicrystal 340 Watt PV Solar Panels on custom mounting feet with tilt capability. A hardwired Progressive Industries RV Surge Protector – 30amp has been installed on the input power line and rerouted to the new power system in the front compartment.
Additional things that have been added, repaired or replaced;
4 brand new tires were replaced in June 2024 (DOT 2023). Front steel folding steps have been replaced with aluminum ones.
JT’s Strong Arm Stabilizer Jacks, (work great to reduce motion when parked)
Rear stabilizer jack motor replaced.
All interior LED lights (including 12V kitchen flower light.)
Original sofa/couch replaced with motorized recliners with USB jacks. (very comfortable)
All questionable roof seams/wear areas covered with eternabond when I purchased it and the 13YO roof is in pretty good condition and Dicor has been put on all existing and new roof penetrations.
Brakes/Axles were checked by a RV repair facility and bearings repacked less than 2000 miles ago.
Things that need to be fixed or repaired and have been included in the pricing;
Powered awning works, but fabric is bad and needs to be replaced.
All the propane/CO2/smoke detectors replaced in 2019 and work, but may want to replace them again.
Intellijacks Automatic leveling system does not function "automatically," it can be manually controlled up/down for the front leg controller, but will not run by itself anymore and the company no longer exists. A simple up down switch could be installed, but it currently works so I haven't needed to do that yet.
The lithium batteries are OK, but they are first generation LiFePO4 and could be upgraded, they will not run the AC for longer than 30 min to an hour. The right side fender was just replaced.
Just traveled across I-40 from Phoenix to Virginia in June stopping at various campgrounds on the way. No big issues with the RV and everything worked with the noted exceptions. This is a west coast RV and is in great condition with the exception of the normal weathering on the outside decals. Replacement decals are still available on Ebay. Everything else works and was currently in use for the last trip (Dometic Heater, Gas/12V Fridge, Air Conditioning, Stove, Oven, Microwave, elec/gas WH, CD/radio/tv, 12V Pump, Thetford toilet, City water, Black tank flush, etc).
Please contact me via email if you would like to look at it. I will be checking daily to discard all the spam, but will respond within a day with text numbers. I would be happy to demonstrate all the functions and for a reasonable deposit, I can deliver.
A 2011 F250 extended cab 6.2L Gas with 140K miles that is great (12500lbs tow, 3834 payload) can be included for a total of $29.500, but the pickup will NOT be sold separately as I need it to move the 5th Wheel.
Title in hand, any lo ball or cheap dealer offers will be ignored, we will do the title and bill of sale signatures at a bank upon confirmation of a certified check deposit or cash. If you can’t accommodate this, look elsewhere.
